Pleasantly surprised with the overall experience at this hotel. Staff were friendly and courteous. The room was clean and quiet. Love that the hotel is no-smoking and near many modes of transportation and food.

My family and I reserved a room for the Annual Panamanian Parade. We were traveling from Albany. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Management must be pleased with their employees. Room was clean. We were also impressed with the continental breakfast and all the options even healthy options. I would highly recommend this hotel and I will continue to come back every year. Thank you again to the ladies we met.

A clean, welcoming and affordable place to stay in Brooklyn. Close to transit and easy to find. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming and our room was clean. We could have used more soap and shampoo in the bathroom but otherwise I have no complaints.

Decent place, and at a decent price point for being so close to downtown Brooklyn. The rooms are very small, but clean. The staff was suprisingly above average, even though I repeatedly asked that the empty complimentary body wash be refilled. It never was although promised. The breakfast options were also decent.

Stayed here 15 nights. I feel like I've run into pretty much every single personnel since my stay was long (manager, front desk staff, housekeepers, diningroom staff, and even the maintenance/garbage handlers). Got to have that rare experience where every single person was polite and helpful. Sure, the building has some wear and tear but if you're looking for the most bang for the buck at a friendly, well-run, and superbly clean hotel, this is absolutely the place to go.
