  We have been using Rob for our insurance for about 13 years. They provide all of my automobile, homeowners, business and workers comp insurance. Not many insurance agents give you their personal cell number the call but Rob does. He provides great value and is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of insurance. Definitely someone to call they even get a second opinion on your insurance or just to have it reviewed. Rob and his team are awesome!

  I have been using Thurston and Heare for all of my insurance needs since 2003 or so.   Cannot say enough positive about Rob Heare of Thurston & Heare Insurance! When I first met him years ago, he came to visit me in my home and evaluated my insurance and actually told me that the insurance policy I had was very good and did not recommend changing at that time. A few years later, when rates and policies changed, and the company we were with was no longer the best solution, Rob re-evaluated everything and found that he could offer MORE coverage for Less money. We switched all of our policies to him and have been extremely happy! We have only had to file one claim since, and it was settled quickly and easily. Rob is extremely responsive and personable and someone of tremendous integrity! He even gives us his personal cell phone number to call him at any time if there is an emergency! Who does that theses days? I HIGHLY recommend Thurston and Heare for all of your insurance needs!
