It was clear that if it took us a year to find a house, Stephen was willing to be there--always cheerful, always full of helpful advice and insights, and with a clear knowledge base as to the area and specific neighborhoods.

With Stephen's help we both bought a house and sold our former home. And again, in the selling process, Stephen's instincts were spot on. From pricing to timing, he nailed it at every turn. He also went above and beyond, driving down to our house to take care of something during showings when my husband and I were out of town.
