  Such a beautiful, welcoming, warming, homey facility . As arriving everyone was pleasant and professional. The place is so big it's a community under one roof! Doctors office, 24 hr country kitchen, sunroom, convenient store, recreation room and so much more! The young lady that took us for the tour was simply heaven sent. I couldn't be more happy with this facility.

  My mother has lived at The Westchester Center for a few years now. Unfortunately she will be leaving shortly, as her health has deteriorated and she now requires a new level of care. Making the difficult decision for a loved one to live in a place of institutionalized care is never easy. Aging, in and of itself is difficult. Many people with chronic issues may not have support from their families. The Westchester is communicative, safe, and involved. Not situation is perfect, but your loved one will be safe and cared for well. I thank the administration, the staff, and the residents for the community they provided!

  I arrived here in late November 2016. From the first day, I felt right at "home"! Everyone is so wonderful and I mean everyone. The entire staff works hard to ensure that we are being taken care and that all of our needs are met. What's there not to like about The Westchester Center? There are so many ways to have fun and for most of us, no two days are alike. There is always something to do that keeps me occupied. Plus, I enjoy the weekly trips to the supermarket among many different trips that are available. I would definitely recommend The Westchester Center to anyone who is looking for independent and assisted living.

  Beautiful hilltop location with nice outdoor space. Lovely staff and beautiful interior. Great recreation director and caring social workers. Well located off the Saw Mill River Parkway (Palmer Rd.) with easy access to NYC and Northern Westchester.
