I've been going here for years, the owner is a great guy and the gym is great for body building or power lifting.
Great environment to get healthy and build holistic relationships.
Coming here has restored my quality of life, after a spinal epidural for back and hip pain, and chronic frozen shoulder, I'm pain free, getting better, stronger every day, getting the best muscle tone and posture of my life.
After getting hounded for weeks by salespeople after investigating Equalize Fitness, this no-frills place is the right fit for me. No spin classes, no Zumba, no "scene," no instructors - just machines and a bunch of musclebound yos pounding the iron and machines day in day out. They'll make you a protein shake for $5 if you want. The rates are phenomenal, no contracts, no initiation. It's not fancy - but it doesn't need to be. It has what you need to regain function, lose pain, and get better.
My time there was awesome. Doesn't really get packed during peak. Parking is available. Pay monthly with no contract or hidden fees. Kato the owner is a friendly guy to chat with. If you ever switch gyms and want to come back to Global. He doesn't take it personal at all. So feel free to return.
If you want to get a great pump with out all the interruptions this is your place nice people plenty of weight an plenty of treadmills I wish all the gyms where still like this
