    I've been going to Seishin-do for the past 25 years. I've been grateful to learn disipline and self confidence on of self defense. I definitely recommend this school for kids, teens and adutls.

    I have been going to Seishin-Do for ten years now and I still enjoy every class because of my great instructors. They are very patient and understanding. It is a great experience for those who want to learn karate and self-defense but also want to enjoy doing so. I highly recommend it.
