I worked with Jared for about 3 months and it was a great experience. I was very nervous going in because of a weak knee. He tailored all my exercises to reduce any strain on the knee and helped me to strengthen it. I left there not only more physically fit, but with a new confidence. He always gave me ideas for workouts that I could do at home. He's the best trainer I've ever worked with and I highly recommend him!

Jared is amazing. Listens to your needs and is a great communicator. Also, always makes great suggestions for workouts to do outside of gym. I always leave there feeling like I had a real workout!

I’ve been training with Jared for about 3 years off and on and he is amazing and professional in every aspect ! I’ve lost about 30 pounds in the last year going to him consistently. I have been training here for about a year and a half now, and I couldn't be happier to have found this place! I was nervous to start working with a personal trainer because I have a back injury, but Jared has helped me to strengthen my back, which has really reduced the pain.
