The Doctors & staff are wonderful! I have worked for several different vet offices & since I am retired I am beyond happy to find a vets office so close to my home that treats everyone & their pets as I would. They are very knowledgeable, very thorough, very friendly & I feel very comfortable with all the staff members taking care of my furry kids. This practice is highly recommended.

My husband and I LOVE, LOVE, MOVE Mohegan Lake Veterinary Hospital!! The staff, the veterinarians, the ambiance, the incredibly high quality care, and the genuine concern for our dogs is beyond amazing and for that we are incredibly grateful!! We would never go anywhere else! TOP NOTCH!!!!!!

Everyone, since the first day we came to the office, has been so kind, respectful, & helpful. I have recommended your office to others. It is obvious you all care about the animals that come through your door. We have not been with you for very long, but are so happy we chose you when our 2 cats came into our lives. We rescued the cats and both have since needed surgery. Your office guided us through pre- & post-op procedures very carefully and concisely. All questions and concerns were met with respect. Brought my second cat to them today for an annual on top of other specific long term issues. Came from another local vet office and beyond happy with them! They are thorough and detailed and will genuinely sit down and spend time with you. They explained things and fully went over my pets’ charts from the previous vet and identified things I wasn’t even told about at my last vet office. We were given hope with a longer term issue that has been ongoing for a year now. The staff from front to back end are all absolutely wonderful and so nice. My cat got some vaccines today and immediately peed in the carrier in the car after and was distressed and breathing heavier than usual. Just to be safe we turned right around and the staff came right up to us without having to wait after we had just left about 5-10 minutes prior and checked her vitals and kept her for about 2.5 hours for observation. We called to check in and they were so kind and reassuring that they truly took good care of our baby. We went to pick her up and she ended up being okay. She just turned one year old and this was her first time with updated annual vaccines so we weren’t expecting this when she had been fine the one other time she had vaccines when we first got her. Regardless, they assured us they’d be on top of everything. We picked her up and were told she was okay, more alert and even ate some treats with them. We weren’t charged anything extra…just goes to show the genuine love and care they have for animals and their owners! We are so happy to have a little scare while dealing with them over any other vet office. The only thing that kept me from crying all day was knowing she was in good, better hands than ever before. We are so incredibly appreciative of the care and services received for both of our cats recently!!

My dog and I love this veterinary practice. The front desk staff is lovely and all of the technicians and veterinarians really seem to love their jobs, and do everything in their power to make my dog comfortable (he absolutely hates nail trims). It’s convenient to get an appointment. Overall we’re extremely happy with them and would recommend them to anyone!!
