He has the ability to not just teach the students the skills, but also how help them be great people. I am grateful to have started my own journey under him, and can say he does the same for the adults. Come and be part of Heroes Training Center and I know you will find the inner hero in you!!

(February 2, 2022, 6:43 pm)Sensei Byrnes is an excellent instructor. He is very motivating and full of energy. He takes the time to really make sure all the kids learn the positions. He is stern but makes the classes fun. My son really enjoys training here.
