For years I suffered with bad back and neck pain because I was weary of chiropractic care and the potential "dangers" of treatment. She is very gentle and informative and guides you through the whole process on your first visit so you can get a real understanding of how chiropractic treatment can improve your quality of life. I started to feel the results within our first few visits and I will, without a doubt be a patient for years to come.
The environment and staff at Dr. Biffer's office is so warm and welcoming that you can't help but walk in with a smile. They're a fantastic group of individuals who are experts at what they do and they make the whole process seamless. Their holistic guided approach is such a welcome relief to the worries of needing surgery or prescription pain medications to alleviate my pain.
I've had a number of bad experiences with different MD's and other doctors from this area in the past; and I gained a very cynical view of all medical professionals because of these experiences. Dr. Biffer has completely changed my perception of health care providers and what their motivations are. She truly is in this field to help people and gets such joy seeing her patients pain-free. I love going for treatment, I've never felt healthier in my life and I 100% recommend Dr. Biffer and her staff if you are looking for a chiropractor, or even if you're just looking for information on what chiropractic care can provide you.
