The tea is amazing, the website is easy to use and the owners are the best! They answer emails quickly and they took very good care of me and my order since I wanted a specific tea not on their website. They were able to make me not one, but two containers of this special tea! It means so much to me that Brian and his team have made this tea, and shipped it so quick! Thank you all for everything! I discovered their teas at a local bistro in Williamsville a few years ago and saw I could order custom teas through their website. They have been the only tea for me ever since. All flavors I have had have been absolutely delicious and their customer service is always a pleasure.
Just finished placing my order for custom tea bag favors for my future daughter in law's shower. Could not ask for nicer people to deal with....they designed labels using aspects of the wedding invitation and came up with really cool suggestions. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking to personalize an event.
