  Every time I've come here the service is good, people are friendly and the food is great! Even the one time I experienced an issue a few months ago it was dealt with professionally. People aren't perfect we all make mistakes. It's how we deal with what comes our way.
  
  I decided to write this review because I came in with my son today. It had been a normal day we came in happy without a care in the world. We ordered drinks and a French onion soup to share and placed the rest of our order.
  
  Before our food came out I was breaking down. I literally just found out my aunt had passed away.
  
  Jason J was our waiter and he did everything to make sure I was ok. I knew he was busy I could see that. He repeatedly asked if he could do anything for me and apologized for my loss.
  
  I asked him if he could just put my food to go. He put my sons food in a to go container too. I was letting him eat there, but it definitely come in handy for when we left with his leftovers ready to go. It was smart thinking. He even opened my sons applesauce for me.
  
  Before I left he gave me a hug and again said he was sorry for my loss. This kind of compassion is what we need. He went above and beyond. It meant so much to me as I was it in their trying to cope with the news I just received.
  
  He was so busy and still took the time to care when he didn't have to. I know he probably never had that happen before and he dealt with it well. Thank you so much and I hope someone tells you about this review!

  Today being Veterans Day the atmosphere was one of honor n reverence. The staff was very accommodating and caring towards the veterans and their families. The menue was inviting and the cuisine was cooked to order, plentiful and delicious. Our server, Marco was truly GOLDEN !.
  Applebees should be commended for this honored occasion.

  Ate dinner again this evening at Applebee's in Manchester. Food & Service were excellent. Andy, manager, stopped by to talk about Icarus Beers. This guy is the BEST sales tool Applebee's has. He gave me a sample of the Pineapple-Jalapeno product on tap - outstanding! I make it a point to eat here weekly. I have never been disappointed. Great Job!
