I have used Superior trailer a couple of times and their service and speed is great. The last visit I was having problems with lights on boat trailer. Devon I believe is one of the managers there jumped right in and fixed the problem right then. Great bunch of people.

I had an issue with ta hub that went bad and all the studs broke on it. The wheel/ rim essentially sheared the lug nuts off. I don't even know how that happened, but it happens 30 minutes at a pilot truck stop. This trailer store was close to closing when I called. "DEVIN" picked up the phone and not only did he help me get the right parts, he delivered them to me at a truck stop, and also helped me with fixing it. This type of service does not exist anymore. Devin went above and beyond. Whoever is his boss, needs to acknowledge this, perhaps give him a pay raise and buy him dinner. The freight i was carrying was for a airline industry. Its imperative its delivered on time. Devin made sure i was back on the road despite him being off shift. Honestly I couldn't be any happier! Thank you Devin!

If your camper trailer axle bearings catch on fire at 415 on a Friday on I-40 in rush hour on your way to a well-earned beach vacation, Blake from Superior Trailer will patiently walk you through ordering the right replacement parts! He was patient as I relayed information and even sent me pictures so I could compare the parts! He let me pay for them over the phone and hid them so that I could retrieve them after they closed AND they even packed the bearings so we didn’t have to do that on the side of the road. He even checked on us to make sure we were ok after they closed! I highly recommend this place, even if your trailer IS NOT on fire. We even made it to the beach on time!
