North Carolina Division of Motor Vehicles Driver License

Very well organized and friendly staff. Kept everyone informed on what they needed to do. Line was outside when I arrived still only took forty five minutes to renew license.

The limited access to the building is a little bit inconvenient, however, once inside I was handled efficiently and treated with respect by friendly, personable and professional staff. Office is tidy and organized, and the staff clearly care about providing timely and pleasant service to clients. My appointment was exactly on time, and I was back in my car leaving just 10 minutes after being called. I've been licensed since I was 16 years old and I have never had such a quick and painless experience at a DMV office. I'll be handling all future needs at this location.

Overall experience was really good. I try to show up extra early when they open up like right 5min before they open up. And they are able to fit you in if you're going to walk in yes appointments are nice but if you do come early then yes they will get you in for a walking

Actually very good experience I was sooooo dreading going this morning . The staff was awesome and appointment is the way to go .
