Good people. I called looking for a rare piece of old auto glass, and although it's no longer in production, they called me back with the number of a nearby salvage yard that might have a used one. You won't get that type of service from the Safelite automated voice response computer. Although they're a bit out of town for us, I'll definitely be back the next time I need glass repair for our modern car.
