(February 9, 2019, 11:55 am)I took my car to 5 Star Transmission this past week for them to fix the heat in my vehicle. Debbie, the manager, was so friendly and helpful. Carlos worked on my vehicle and not only fixed my heat, but fixed two other minor things that I had mentioned to Debbie in conversation. I’m so appreciative of their assistance! 5 star transmission exceeded my expectations and I will definitely be back! I would highly recommend them if you need any repairs or work done on your vehicle and want professional and trustworthy people and excellent service!

(January 19, 2019, 6:53 am)I had my transmission fluid/filter changed here at 5 Star Transmission. Its a service that's scary in the fact that you really want someone that knows what they're doing.
They treated me very well, and their mechanic is awesome, he took his time and devoted his time to my car only..thoroughly looking it over as well. The owner reached out to make sure I was happy, awesome customer service. They will be my go to when I need them. Thanks again 5 Star Transmission !!! The name says it all..5 Stars !!! -

(January 10, 2019, 2:47 pm)Called and got a quote to rebuild my transmission in my 2003 Acura TL type-s. Upon speaking with a representative there and explaining her the issues I was having, she diagnosed the issues over the phone a provided me with a quote given that there wasn’t any other underlying issues. The quote was significantly lower than my go-to mechanic! I immediately dropped the car off that same evening and was told an estimated time it would be fixed! I explained that I would be out of the country for 2 wks and the timing wouldn’t be a problem! All while I was gone I was getting updates on a few other inexpensive parts that needed be installed and I understood given the car was 15 yrs old and NEVER had any major work done and has over 200k miles. When I arrive back into the states I received a call letting me know my car was ready! Went and picked it up the next day and the invoice was given to me and they went over EVERY detail of what was done! Before leaving the representative at the front desk explained that they have a warranty for the work and to bring it back after a week which I did just so they could make sure no leaks were present! Since then the car has had no issues and I’m glad to have my baby back on the rd purring like she did when I drover her off the lot!
