  We worked with Ines at Sky's the Limit for our wedding cake through Separk Mansion's all-inclusive package. We were absolutely thrilled with how it turned out. The cake was exactly what we wanted and looked beautiful. Ines did a stunning job adding flowers to the cake and giving us the textured look we were looking for. And, it tasted just as good as it looked! Highly recommend using Sky's the Limit for your wedding cake!

  Early in my wedding planning process, someone made the comment to me that "well, the wedding cake's not going to be very good anyway, they're just for decoration." Boy, were they wrong! Our wedding was on May 27, 2018, and the guests absolutely loved our cake from Sky's the Limit. My mom (who doesn't like sweets) cleaned her plate, and a friend shared with me that he went around scavenging for a second slice. Ines was very sweet and accommodating. When the wedding began to exceed the budget and I needed to find savings, Ines presented me with options that still left me with a beautiful cake. She gave me wonderful advice and reassured me to de-stress, that these were small details, and that everything would work out. In the end, I got a beautiful, delicious cake and got to work with a wonderful vendor who gave me an on-the-spot mini therapy session. What more could I ask for?

  Ines made my wedding cake. To describe my experience with Ines I would have to start from the being when I first emailed her to set up a tasting. To be honest I wasn't very impressed with the menu that was included with the Separk Mansion package and I was told I had to pay to taste any upgrade flavors. I was not very pleased when I heard this, but Ines was generous enough to extend the upgrade flavor for us to taste free of charge. I highly recommend these flavors: fresh strawberry, lemon lavender, and carrot cake.
  
  For my wedding, I went with a four tier lemon lavender cake with whipped icing. On the day of, she delivered a three tier cake. (The miscommunication for the number of tiers was discussed and a small compensation was given for the mistake.) Besides a few hick ups we had, the cake tasted AMAZING and we had a lot of compliments from our guests. It was decorated perfectly.
  
  Overall, I would say that the communication could have been better, which would have provided us with better customer service. Ines was never rude but I just have a certain expectation for paid service. That aside, I would ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND her cakes!! It was moist and not overly sweet. It's hard to find a good baker that doesn't have an overly sweet tooth.
  
  One other caveat I would point out is the extra charge for a cake stand (so I provided my own).
