This is the place to train for high quality instruction and a welcoming culture! I would recommend this school to all my students traveling here as well!

(July 21, 2018, 11:37 pm)When my son was gifted a month of Jiujitsu here he cried the first 2 visits. He was painfully shy and didn't want to do it. Adrianne and Ms. Bailey have changed my son's world. He now loves class, and makes his bed daily without us asking, among other chores. His self confidence has blossomed, and now introduces himself to children he doesn't even know in any outing. He has learned even more about treating others kindly and he is learning to defend himself should the need arise. I can't say enough positive things about this place and it's owners and teachers. My husband and I are now wanting to do it too!

Master Cukro makes it very easy to learn very detailed techniques. After joining and seeing the exceptional instruction and friendly environment I also enrolled my son in classes also. If you are looking for the "real deal" BJJ look no further, great blend of self defense and Sport BJJ.

Not only is he a great Instructor...but he is a great human being as well. He has Mentored me in all my martial arts goals and I can't repay him enough for all he has contributed. His Academy...Staff...and Programs are all top notch. If you live in the area and want to train...look no further than Integrated Martial Arts. Go check them out...you will be grateful you did.
