  this hotel was fantastic, when i walked through the doors i was greeted with a big smile and a fresh smell through out the lobby. Rooms were very clean and stocked nicely. i would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place to stay in concord. I could not believe all i got for the price i paid.

  First I want to start with Stacy and Angela are the absolute best!!! I had some issues with my reservations and they were so sweet, patient and most of all professional. Thanknyou ladies!!!
  
  The rooms are very beautiful and clean. Even though the hotel is pet friendly it is pretty quiet.
  
  The only downfall is although theres a kitchenette there aren't any type of dishes or cookware. Lastly if they offered breakfast like most other hotels it would have been perfect. I gave 5 stars because I don't feel it deserves any less for those couple things especially when I had my own dishes and stuff.
  
  Again I can't say thank you enough to Stacy and Angela!!!!!

  Uptown Suites is for the most part a nice place. It's decor is very nice. The housekeepers are very friendly and accommodating. Taylor on the front desk is wonderful. She's always smiling and very guest oriented. She goes out of her way to help her guest. Another front desk person named Sam was great as well. It would've been better if there was a space in the lobby to sit, relax, have a snack, or coffee. it would be nice to have had more than vending machines to get something to eat but thankfully the location was great. It's a good place and I would recommend it despite what it's lacking.

  Very nice and comfortable of a place to stay for a short period of time while on the road.
  
  Liked their full kitchen and mini work area.
  
  Clean. Bright. And Modern.
  Oh! Loved their FAST Internet Connections!!!
  
  But...
  
  I had problems finding a pen and a some paper to write on inside my room... Is that common here?
