(January 18, 2019, 10:58 am)Karen is awesome!!! I had unfortunately gotten into a car accident and my car was towed over to Abra for the repairs. I was worried they wouldn’t be able to repair it since the damage was so bad but they did! Karen called me practically every single day for the 3 weeks my car was there to give me updates. She was so helpful and let me know any time some extra damage was found or my insurance company was there checking on things or when something was don’t or being worked on. Getting into an accident is a horrible experience especially when it isn’t your fault and the people at Abra make you feel so special while your vehicle is there. When I picked up my car it looked beautiful just like the day I bought it. Karen walked out to the car with me to look at it and go over all the repairs that were done and point out to me everything that was new and replaced. She even insured me that she herself got into the car and checked to make sure my car was working properly. I could not have asked for a better experience. Thank you a million times!!!

After it was repaired I brought it back because of a few more problems that had arised post repair. They were fixed for no cost under a lifetime warranty and received the car next day in perfect condition. Highly recommend.
