(March 9, 2019, 12:16 am)Suite was spacious and clean. The lobby has plenty of space to sit around. Pool is standard hotel pool. There is a store and spa and gym on the premises. Breakfast has a good variety.

(February 25, 2019, 5:23 pm)Beautiful hotel with lots of indoor services. There isn't anywhere outside the hotel you can walk to though. For convention hosting: the staff have always been very kind and willing to help.

(January 24, 2019, 8:26 am)The front desk service was excellent across the board. Phillip went above and beyond the call of duty in his service. He was pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable and always had a smile. I cannot say the same for the dining room staff, or housekeeping. Dining room staff was very unfriendly. I will say that we were there during the Christmas holiday. There may have been a problem for them working these days. We stayed for a week and only 3 of the days the was the room acceptable. Dirty dishes left, did not replace cups, etc. Very disappointed. Front desk and Phillip specifically, was the bright light of this venue.

(January 2, 2019, 6:31 pm)This is our 3rd year staying here at Christmas time while visiting family. Love this hotel. Reasonable price. Wonderful staff. Clean. My only thing I was disappointed in was the evening reception. While I realize it's touted as light snacks, it was either potato chips or tortilla chips with sauce and veggies. Kind of lame. One night there was pimento cheese and crackers which made it a little nicer. But that wouldn't keep me from coming back. Breakfast was fine, I had seen a couple of negative reviews about it but we thought it was good.
