  Have been training at FTS for the past 6 months and loving it so far. The sessions are tailor made based on your current physical abilities and future goals in mind.
  Dustin and team are very knowledgeable and pay close attention to avoid any injuries along the way. Very clean and a nice place to workout.. Highly recommend it!!

With certifications galore, there isn’t much that isn’t in their wheelhouse – from nutritional training to postural restoration, this 2,000+ SqFt facility and staff is packed with everything you need for a traditional training program all the way to specialized athlete training. You don’t just have a coach, you get a friend that truly wants to help you achieve your goals.

  FTS is not like any other gym. Dustin will make sure you meet your goals by making you accountable and working tirelessly with you. My son has been coming here for over a year and he has progress dramatically in everything him and Dustin have worked on. I could not recommend this place more!!

  FTS is awesome! Dustin and his team do an amazing job with identifying target areas to focus on and incorporating in an all-around workout. Thrilled with the results my daughter is seeing!

  I love working with both Brian and Dustin.They are both very knowledgable and push you to your potential.
  They make sure your form is optimal during training as to avoid injury and maximize the workout.
  We always have a fun time and are always laughing which makes the workouts a lot of fun!
  It's a great place to get healthy and fit!

I've worked out at Functional Training Studio with both Brian and Dustin and both are fantastic trainers. Very knowledgeable and professional. What I most enjoyed is the personal attention paid to my specific needs. I'm dealing with a shoulder issue and they were mindful to provide a good workout while not creating more of a problem.
