(April 3, 2018, 10:56 am)I was turned away from Vision Works because my insurance is a little different. His insurance rep doesn't work on Saturdays so I came to Walmart Vision Center. The associate (I didn't catch his name) called my insurance right away and got the plan details. He even had to call a second time to clarify a question but he did not mind one bit. Melissa later helped get me checked out and fitted my glasses. She made a note in the system to ensure my contacts arrived before my wedding. Great customer service!
