  This place seriously changed my life. I was mostly "in shape" and had recently lost about 20 pounds but had hit a plateau and wanted to lose more. Applied for the 6 week New You challenge and went in to meet the owner, Scott. I was intimidated to say the least, but he was so approachable and friendly. It was one of the first places I had gone where I didn't feel judged for my weight or pressured into doing exercises that were too far out of my comfort zone. Every day at the Crib, the coaches pushed and encouraged me, and all of a sudden, 5 months had passed since I started. I lost another 15 pounds and have never seen such a substantial change in my body. I feel more fit than ever before and yet I am still challenged each day I go. The workouts are different each time but easily modifiable, and the coaches are so amazing and meet you where you're at, modifying the impact but keeping the intensity. If you've never tried Crossfit before but want to give it a try, this is the place to do it!

  I love it here! The staff is great at what they do and super friendly. I always feel welcome and they give me a great workout. It's very clean and organized. Showers are very convenient and clean. Kids care is offered.
