This is by far the best post office location. I have never had a problem or issue with anything I've sent through this location. I send a lot of items through the mail and will go out of my way to come to this location. I've used both main locations in Concord, the one in Harrisburg, the MAIN location in Kannapolis and the Landis location and they are all terrible. Full of rude people that act like they are doing you a favor even talking to you, let alone handling your mail. The people at this location are always friendly and are happy to help. This is only a satellite location which means some serves aren't available like passports, money orders and international shipping but since I usually only have domestic shipping it's the perfect place for me to go to. There are a couple bad reviews listed below (Wes and Rosey) but if you read them they talk about delivery times. That has nothing to do with this location. This is simply a drop off location. The main post office on Dale Earnhardt Blvd. does all the delivering in Kannapolis so those reviews don't even belong on this review page. If you want fast friendly service go to this location in the back corner of Cannon Pharmacy in the Food Lion Plaza in Kannapolis.
Great USPS substation location! Since they are a substation, they are not responsible for delivery or timing of the mail. USPS is responsible. During my 2 1/2 years frequenting this location I have found the people friendly, professional, and so very helpful! They often try to save their customers money and time by offering packaging supplies (paid for with cash but you can use the USPS free packaging supplies on hand too) and advise the best way to send it/package it. Wait time here is minimal but honestly it’s the great people and excellent customer service that keeps me frequenting this location.

These folks are like family to me. I've been going there for over two years and shipped closing in on 8,000 packages, with over a 99.9% efficiency rating. There has never been any personal OR business related issues. This is a top notch lineup and they deserve more recognition.
Love this post office! Always go out of way to help. NOTARY SERVICE IS GREAT. Open late. They take CASH AND CARDS. The pharmacy is pretty good too, matched walmarts prices.
