(October 7, 2022, 12:12 pm)Greg was awesome! My 1yr old laptop just wouldn’t turn on after unknowingly allowing a Microsoft update. He informed me about what updates are necessary for my computer and what isn’t. He’s very up front about how long it takes for him to work on issues and mine wasn’t a urgent matter. It took about a week to resolve the problem. He is professional and knows what he’s doing!

He rescued my highly swollen laptop from certain demise (the battery had malfunctioned and had swollen considerably, threatening to destroy my MacBook Pro). The new battery and trackpad he installed work absolutely perfectly. I couldn't be happier. His prices and charges were very reasonable. Thank you!

(June 12, 2022, 12:10 am)Greg is AMAZING! Not only is he very personable, he is super knowledgeable! The earphone jack broke off into the port in my laptop (LONG story) and I tried to get the broken piece out with, let's just say, not the safest "tools". Found On-Site on Google, took it to Greg and he got it out in a matter of minutes! I had other issues with the computer that I wasn't originally planning to fix (battery not lasting, hard drive) but it was necessary. Being this was late Friday, around the time he closes, I left the laptop with him overnight. He came into his office Saturday ON HIS DAY OFF and had a fresh new battery/hard drive installed BEFORE the appointment time. He did a bit more for the computer at no extra charge also! His pricing is VERY fair too! I already told my family in the area to go to him if they have problems with their computers.
Other shops take note: THIS IS HOW YOU RUN A BUSINESS! Thanks again, Greg. -

(September 1, 2021, 3:43 pm)I was having issues with the fans on my laptop and Greg fixed them quickly and efficiently. I would definitely come back here if I had any more computer issues. And I would recommend this place to anyone looking for computer repairs. Greg knows what he's doing and after getting the fans replaced my laptop is running better than it did with the original fans that came with it. And all of this was done at a reasonable price that I would not have gotten at any of the other places I was considering.
