  I have been doing business with this Medicap for quit awhile and I have to say their service and staff are fantastic. Anytime there is a problem getting a medication they will go to all lengths to find it for you and keep it in stock if you take it regularly.
  Alan, the owner/pharmacist along with Andy, the manager and the pharmacists are exceptional.

  I have been coming to Medicap pharmacy for some years now as a referral from my mother who passed away three years ago. I am so pleased I started using this pharmacy as the staff treats you as family. Andy is such a wonderful pharmacist and takes time to connect which is now a great pharmacy/customer relation and is super helpful and takes time to explain helpful information. His superior customer service is miles apart from the more brand recognized pharmacies. Andy and found a customer for life in me!

  A huge thank you to the staff at Medicap for helping us get the insurance approval process going for my son’s medication. Andy took the time to call the doctor’s office after faxing over paperwork. He ensured that the doctor’s office received the documents so the process could move forward. He also worked with the drug company to find a copay card to cover the prescription until we get insurance approval. ThANK YOU to all the staff for their kindness! Highly recommend you give this pharmacy a try.

  The entire staff at the Concord Medicap are amazing. I was having trouble at one of the larger pharmacies and reached out to Medicap via email when they were closed so I wouldn't forget. The Pharmacist actually responded the same day and had an update for me the next day! I immediately transferred all of our prescriptions over to them. They are absolutely wonderful!

  I’ve been using this pharmacy for years now and can’t say enough good things about them. The staff is always so kind and helpful. They will go above and beyond for you every time. The pharmacist is very friendly and knowledgeable as well. 11/10 recommend!!
