TrueCare Pharmacy Concord

My experience began with David when this pharmacy was Cannon Pharmacy many moons ago. When David took the lead at the new True-Care Pharmacy, things went from GOOD to GREAT! Patient service with personal interaction with this staff could not be beat! I'd like to give a big "WELL DONE" to Nora. She helps alot with their senior citizens (I am one) and others who need patient assistance programs. I take 2 very expensive drugs and being in the donut hole is no joke! Nora contacted me regarding both but especially the second med. She was letting me know of a new program that was available and I should look into it. I did and it saved me over $300.00 a month! Who couldn't use that extra money with today's economy??! I would have never heard of it unless Nora brought it to my attention. I even went through the Drive-thu last week and the staff reminded me that I still needed my Flu shot this year! Personal attention and great service from people who care--how can you go wrong? Thanks!

Truecares pharmacist, Trish and her team took great time and effort to get my prescriptions all transferred over and set up to auto deliver to my home. They truly do go above and beyond and helped me. Can't praise them enough. Thank you

My daughter has a severe dairy allergy. We must keep Epinephrine close by at all times (that isn't expired). We needed a prescription filled and went to multiple pharmacies. We couldn't believe the prices... close to $600!! That is when we reached out to TrueCare pharmacy in Concord, NC. They were able to dramatically reduce the price and were even willing to ship the prescription to our address. We've never even considered this level of service a possibility from our current pharmacy. They will be my first choice for any pharmacy related needs. After an illness that required me to need medication delivery, I switched to TrueCare last October since they were so close to my home. Best decision ever, mostly because of one of their delivery drivers, Amy Lou. She was the first person I met amongst a team of great service providers. Not only was she very personable, but she went the extra mile in letting me know she’d arrive that afternoon, even giving me a 10 minute warning so I’d be ready to meet her at the door.

At that initial delivery, Amy was awesome to explain all the Covid precautions TrueCare was still following to help keep their customers protected during a time when many businesses were allowing their efforts to return to their previous relaxed state. I was especially appreciative since several of my conditions have left me immunocompromised. Amy acclimated me to the many services TrueCare offers beyond free delivery, which has always been completed the same day my Dr prescribes or renews my medication.

Amy consistently provides stellar customer service that goes far beyond a simple delivery. If I have a question about a medication or anything else, I know I can trust Amy to relay my concern to the correct person with accuracy, every single time. When others are far too happy to hide behind a screen or similar piece of technology, Amy unashamedly provides something sorely lacking these days: humanity, coupled by her own flair for life as only she can do! I am sure she is a welcomed breath of fresh air when TrueCare’s elderly customers see Amy pop out of her delivery vehicle to ask about their day and love on their fur babies. Simply put, I can not say enough great things about her!

I truly hope the owners and management recognize as well as reward the immense value Amy brings to the TrueCare family. When I’m asked which pharmacy I utilize, I am always eager to let others know I switched due to convince but stayed because of the careful attention to detail provided by Amy as well as the gentlemen who have delivered to my home. I not only recommend TrueCare, but also sing my highest praises for Amy Lou, customer service professional extraordinaire! She is truly a gift in every sense of the word. 💝

Cameron is awesome, the person I spoke to before unfortunately wasn't giving the best customer service was very dismissive, when I called back I got Cameron and he actually did the work and found the prescriptions that the girl said they never had. Please keep him on your team, he is outstanding
