We have had a storage unit at Extra Space Storage, on Winecoff Road, for several years. I needed to go, into the office, to ask a question. The person I spoke with, Curtis, was able to answer my question, he was professional, knowledgeable and very nice. Great customer service! I'm pleased with the security and how clean the areas, around the storage units, are kept. Glad we chose this location for our storage needs!

I went to the location on Winecoff Road in Concord today and was super impressed by the customer service I received and how clean the facility was! Curtis helped me out, he was so kind and helped me get everything that I needed and provided additional info. I was originally only interested in storing my camper and will soon be switching to them for my storage unit. Great prices and customer service!
