Yoga With Smita

Smita's classes are simply great. Each class is different so the variety ensures an on-going full body work out. Plus Smita puts records her classes and provides them to students for subsequent use. Also, her classes are not very large and this allows Smita to provide immediate tips on posture and alternatives (the ache and pain work arounds). We have recommended her to family and friends and they have all been very happy. Keep it up Smita and post COVID, please keep them going.

Smita, is a very hard working, dedicated and innovative yoga teacher! Her passion towards yoga instruction radiates through her sessions sequences. My kids ages 9 and 6 thoroughly enjoy her ‘Kids Yoga’ series. They are almost at the end of second session and looking forward to third. There is never a dull moment and they look forward to their classes every week. ‘ Sleep Yoga’ is another series I can’t rave enough about. Smita has an amazing talent for guiding oneself through different relaxation techniques. Her soothing voice during the sessions literally makes you feel light and worry free! Me and my family also enjoy the benefits of her Sunday morning ‘Sun Salutations’. These are my personal experiences and I can’t thank her enough for making such a positive impact on my family and friends! I highly recommend’Yoga with Smita’ for all age groups. Give it a try, you won’t be disappointed!
