  Amazing company to work with. We had a leak in the attic. So this was a insurance claim. I was expecting at least a few days wait. But, they were there within 24 hrs of talking to the insurance agent. They explained everything and did all their work neatly and they were very courteous. If I ever have a leak again, definitely calling these guys out.

  I had a bad hermetic balance that threw the serpentine belt which left us stranded on the side of the road. AAA towed my truck to AZ Auto Repair. We got there about 1 pm. Randy and his crew were so nice and got us out in time for us to make it to Tucson before dark. Super service .. nice people... great service....fair price. I would recommend them to anyone.

  I won’t take my cars anywhere else for repairs! Randy is amazing! He’s is honest and will give it to you straight. They are reasonably priced and really care about their customers!

  I am selling a home that had been unoccupied for over a year and when the electricity was turned on after this time period, the water hose connected to the washing machine - left turned on by accident - was left to run in my finished basement for 2 days. You can only imagine what a mess, shock and sense of urgency that overcame me at that time. I’ve never dealt with this type of issue before, so not knowing I turned to google and came across ServePro.
  To say that they handled me with professionalism, immediately and conducted their specialized work correctly and effectively is truly what one should expect from a service provider.
  Where I want to specifically commend ServePro is in their team and leadership. In my time of need, I was uneducated, inexperienced and somewhat fearful of what type of endeavor this would be. I want to personally commend Jose for not only his leadership of his service team but mostly of his care and concern for me as a person. He was reassuring and kind. He delivered in his promises in a timely manner and he was just a call or email away to answer my questions. I can’t say enough about this good man and how very lucky his company is to have him.
  I will now - and always - turn to you, ServePro.
  My expectations are high now that I have experienced the best. But I bet your yo to the challenge.

  This place is amazing...really I bought a 2006 modified mustang gt and have had some serious issues with it....Randy is awesome and comes from the same car guy era as me, so he totally gets my addiction....Jeramy is one of the best mechanics i have met in my 70 years...He understands cars,loves cars,and gets people like me...They have been so good to me, I feel like family....They have another new mechanic who is awesome, and I can't forget Randys daughter who works there who will do anything to get you going...
  They are my shop for as long as I'm here....

  Randy and the folks at AZ Auto Repair are absolutely wonderful. Honest, straight up, experienced, customer focused and trustworthy. Who doesn't want that in their mechanic?
  AZ Auto Repair beckons back to the good ole days when you knew you mechanic and he knew you and your car. At the chain shops you generally get the next tech that is available to work on the car you are propelling you and your family down the highway at 70 mph. You should know your mechanic like you know your doctor.
  AZ goes above and beyond to work with you for the best outcome for you, your car and your budget.
  They offer discounts to Veterans, and they have BBB as well as AAA certifications which is not common at all places.
  To top it all off....their candy dish is always full.
