(May 1, 2023, 9:56 am)I’m leaving this review strictly for the lone employee that was working there this morning. He was working his tail off and I was so impressed I walked into the office to get his name. K’Ron remained professional all three times I interacted with him. He’s an asset and I hope the owner knows it.
The building, however, was a palling. Holes in the walls, baseboard missing, and being held up by clear tape that was falling off. Holes patched and not painted. It made me wonder about how well the equipment washing the cars was maintained.
The owner needs to fix these minor things and set the tone of professionalism for future employees. -

(April 4, 2023, 11:07 am)In the past several months every time I go through the car wash the two gentlemen that are working there are very eager to help and are very positive! I went to the Kannapolis site and go there regularly, and these two are the best you’ve ever had. One’s name is Ryan and the other one is the manager. Great crew and positive attitude! Very hard-working!

(March 25, 2023, 1:16 pm)Everytime we come to get our car washed it is a great experience!! Everyone is so cheerful and sweet!! Brian was especially very nice today as my daughter going through the car wash for the first time having to get the wheel straight...he was helpful and patient!! Brian even walked over and asked us if he could help us with cleaner and towels!! I would recommend this carwash to everyone!! The best in North Carolina!!!
