  From the moment I walked in, Nicholas Perez greeted me with a huge smile and a nice "welcome to sprint how may I help you". I told him the issue we where having, and how I was looking to do. Instead of just being pushed into an expensive upgrade, he helped us explore our different options to suit our needs which made us confident in our purchase.That's when I was introduced to the most level headed, good hearted,amazing and fabulous Mrs. Raasheen Bether. Since Nick is still new they both came together as a team, no they came together as a family, to get us the phones we wanted and our additional line. It ended up proving to be more complicated than we anticipated, but they remained patient and kind. Even while busy helping me, the rest of the sales people there where helping other customers,and looking to see how Mr. Perez and Mrs Bether are handling my "unique" situation. I'm not one to hang out and be patient when I'm shopping. I like to be in and out and spend as little as possible. I was there for hours and spent more than we anticipated walking in, but in the end we were overall satisfied as each step was explained to us and ultimately we felt as if we got a good deal. They continued to interact with us even when they had to call customer service and wait on hold, instead of just disappearing into the back. I've finally found my sprint store thanks too Mrs Bether, Mr. Perez,Mr Hugo Velasco and the others in the store. I typically hate shopping but this experience changed my view on that.
