Huge props to Upstate Marine & specifically Mary. I purchased a boat that they had serviced a few months ago and took it to Utah. Just had an issue on Memorial Day weekend, no local parts available. Mary was able to overnight the part from North Carolina to Utah in less than 24 hours and have us up and running again.
Even though we didn’t buy our boat through them, they were willing to help arrange transport wrapping and follow up support. I wish my local dealer cared as much as these guys do!
Recently bought a used moomba that Upstate had on consignment and Mary was a pleasure to work with and was easy to contact through the process. I bought the boat from out of state and the transaction was easy.

I purchased my Centurion Ri237 from a private party without a trailer but ordered the trailer from Upstate Marine. Brandon was extremely responsive and helpful every step of the way. He helped arrange for shipping of my old boat, which I sold and stored my new boat on the lot until my trailer arrived. I cannot overstate how customer focused Upstate Marine is. I don't live in Charlotte, but if I have my way, all of my future boat purchases will be from Upstate Marine.
After a couple of months trying to sell my boat on my own, I asked Upstate to help out and sell it through consignment. I have had poor experience with consignments in the past and know many dealers don’t like doing that sort of thing because of the extra hassle so I was a bit skeptical. From the beginning of the first conversation the Upstate team was great. The communication was top notch and they treated me as though I was trying to sell a boat 4 times the cost.
