She is knowledgeable, incredibly personable, she listens and learns about us and our housing needs, she gives honest feedback and often without being asked researches red flags we might have overlooked or points to features that were really important. The first deal fell apart as a result of the failure of our deal to close in AZ. Kayla was so professional and made sure everything associated with ending the deal was efficiently resolved.

Once again Kayla anticipated our questions, quickly found answers to questions if she didn't know, provided documents we didn't think to ask for but definitely needed, provided referrals for projects we were anticipating and kept all of the details of the closing moving forward and on time. We successfully closed on our new home on October 19, 2022.
