I can't say enough positive accolades about John Kelly and his CHIC crew. From the initial walk around and estimate to the end of the job, nobody is as thorough and professional as John, nor as straightforward about what needs to be done to do the job correctly. His crew's work is flawless and their attention to detail is incomparable. They weren't the cheapest bid I had, but were reasonable and in the ballpark with competitors. However, I could tell from the beginning conversations that the commitment to quality and customer satisfaction, and maintaining John's integrity by doing what he says he will do, was paramount; and would be worth the investment. We had much, much wood rot and repair needed on our home and outbuilding after years of neglect and not painting. John gave estimates for the repairs and for traditional quality paint, and a separate estimate for CHIC liquid coating. We chose to go with CHIC to never paint again. The work and painting has made our 33 year old home look, and truly be, better than most new construction Even when hidden issues were encountered, the Carolina Home Improvement Center approach to solving them and explaining costs and repairing them was stellar. Highly recommended.
