Meredith is one of the most gifted healers I have ever met- and I've met a lot- being a Holistic Nurse & Integrative Nurse Coach! She is skilled in many modalities to maximize her effectiveness with each client. I have gone to her for massage- hands down the BEST massage I have ever received. Meredith removed multiple knots in my neck in only one session that were deep and rooted! She worked patiently & skillfully and eased them out. I never had to worry re: safety as she possesses a strong knowledge base of anatomy & physiology. Other reviewers were correct too in that she frequently checks in with you to ensure your comfort. She is there for YOU; her compassion & sincerity shine through!
I also have gone to Meredith for Reiki and Reflexology. She has studied hard to amass her skill set. I always leave her presence calmer, more relaxed, with less pain, & lighter. She truly HAS Fingers of Light... and a heart of gold. and is very humble!

Meredith is always friendly and professional. Her massages are relaxing to both the mind and the muscles! She is able to find the knots present and work on them in a firm yet gentle manner. She checks in to make sure the pressure she is using is comfortable, and she never makes you feel uneasy. Her space is always clean and well maintained as well. I would highly recommend her!
