The Golden Present Studio and Retreat Center

My stay at JodiJai's Golden Present Retreat was everything I'd hoped for and more. I stayed at the Golden Present for a 5-day virtual meditation retreat. I was looking for a place with good energy, healthy food, and peace: Jodi was welcoming--making spaces available for my 6-8 hours of meditation practice; she cooked delicious and healthy meals to accommodate my food requests/timing, and the energy of her home and land was beautiful and meditative. In addition, JodiJai led morning yoga movement and evening restorative yoga classes. I have taken yoga for decades and JodiJai knows her stuff and is an excellent teacher. She has a intuitive sense of energy and needs and met my energy beautifully. If you're looking for a place to get away from it all, for grounding, relaxation, nourishment, and/or restoration, I recommend this the Golden Present without reservation.

absolutely AMAZING experience! I stayed for 3 nights last weekend, and felt so taken care of and supported in multiple ways... the food was EXCELLENT *and* healthy, the yoga and other activities were perfect for healing, and Jodi (Jai) is really one of the most wonderful, generous persons you will ever meet. Thank you, Jodi! p.s. the house and the surrounding nature are so so so relaxing.

I had a magical time at The Golden Present Studio!!!! It was my birthday and I got to enjoy laughter yoga and dinner with incredible people!!!! I appreciate the serenity of the surroundings and the cohesiveness of our group :) This is definitely a place I would recommend to regroup and be more attuned to you along with nature!!!!

I loved the whole experience of the day long retreat. I thought the whole day had a very nice flow and I enjoyed every "activity" offered. The lunch was beautiful and delicious - it delighted all my senses! It was wonderful to start the day with a fresh juice. The whole experience made me feel so pampered. Finally, the closing was so nice and getting a gift was such a nice surprise and so generous!

Great meal Friday night all fresh vegetables with grilled salmon. Clean eating !

Bed was so comfortable and quiet for a good night sleep.

Breakfast omelette with fresh vegetables served on the screened in porch to hear the birds sounds.

Highly recommend the space.
