  What sold our house in less than a week was the marketing materials that Danielle and her colleagues produced. Danielle had such creative ideas for getting exposure to our property. She has such high energy and is very easy to work with. She always got back to us quickly when we had a question or concern. You will love working with Danielle!

  Consider yourself blessed if you have the opportunity to work with Danielle. First and foremost, she is an amazing human being-- kind, attentive, caring, authentic and she not only listens but truly tries to understand you and your family from a holistic and fun perspective. She will also be your biggest advocate and bring to light any potential issues or problems, negotiate on your behalf and be your right hand in the process. She is also extremely attentive, reliable and responds quickly to any inquiry. Danielle works in real estate as a profession but I am quite sure that it is more of a calling - she loves matching people with a home they will enjoy for years to come and/or respectfully selling a home where cherished memories were made.

  We were so fortunate to have Danielle Boggess as our realtor when we are looking for an investment property at the beaches. As our Realtor, she has been helping us find the right house in the right location for the right price. She was patient as we traveled from Raleigh to the Wilmington beaches to look at properties and cautioned us against making unreasonable offers for overpriced properties.
  
  She was very professional and knowledgeable, let alone being as honest and hard working as she has always been in real life. Danielle would walk through every step of our negotiation and suggest us the best approaches in every step of the process. I can't speak highly enough of our experience with Danielle.
  
  In short, she was always on our side working to make our purchase right. The best part about working with Danielle was that she was always more focused on getting the right answers for our questions, giving us good advice, and finding properties that met our investment objectives than she was on closing a deal. We would not hesitate to use her as our realtor for any of our future purchases and recommend her to anyone.

  Danielle was great to work while selling my parents home. She was very understanding and always catered to our wishes. Very down to earth and fun to work with. Danielle was very responsive and always answered all our questions. Would highly recommend her.
