Pittsboro Seventh Day Adventist Church

This church is THE most friendly church in the area. I've really enjoyed attending this church for 13 years. Delicious food, great atmosphere, and VERY friendly people. If you are looking for a church to visit in the Chatham County area, THIS IS THE CHURCH TO COME TO!!

This is a small and quite church with the friendliest people. It has a great atmosphere and most importantly they are biblically accurate. There is always a firm handshake from the guys and more hugs than at grandma's house. If you like the huge megachurch this is not your place. Here its all about the message and a personal relationship with the Lord. Haven't been to a better church in years. BTW, they have a self proclaimed chief who is doing wonders in the kitchen, every week is there something awesome for potluck.

One Saturday morning I was working on my antique car and a friend invited me to church. I could not prepare but was encouraged to come 'as you are'. Feeling a bit awkward and accepting the invite I quickly felt the welcoming warmth of the members and made a decision to set aside the Sabbath for Jesus. Pittsboro SDA Church is my home church and I enjoy extending the same warm welcome I received 23 years ago.

This is a very warm and friendly church where you are made to feel welcome from the moment you walk in the door. The membership is like a big family. Pot Luck lunch is served after services every Sabbath and they are truly legendary! This is a multi-cultural church and everyone is welcome.

As pastor of this church I am clearly biased. Yet, I have to say that this is a great church. People have joined largely because of the hug they received when they first walked in the door. And our remodeled facility only enhances the friendly atmosphere. Come see for yourself!
