1st time in the building very nice lady let the therapist know we were there just a few minutes we met paula another nice lady she had the cpap machine sat down and showed how to set it up and explained things about the machine when we got home I set it up no problems Thank you Paula

I was a customer for a year and was going to switch to another place. It didn't work out at the other place and I come back in and they went above and beyond that day to take care of me. I can't give enough praise of how concerned and willing to get me what I needed. They make you feel like family. In our area this is the store you want to deal with, not one 30 miles away. The best staff I've dealt with anywhere.

Extremely professional and very helpful! Paula was so pleasant and made sure I understood how to wear my mask. She did not rush me and answered all my questions.

Outstanding service from Meredith, who quickly got me comfortable with what seemed to be a complicated CPAP machine. *UPDATE* A few weeks later I developed an issue that is remedied by newer machines. Meredith offered to trade out the machine I got only weeks ago for a newer one, at no cost. I may have found the one business on the planet that doesn't bleed the customer when an opportunity presents itself. For that reason I say ''Five stars? NAY. FIFTY stars I would give them.''
