Lexington Health Care Center

I was sent here to Lexington Healthcare for short term rehab. I was alittle scared and nervous. But the staff was incredible, kind and caring. They eased my mind to where I was comfortable. The CNA's and Nurses were the absolutely the best,. The physical therapy was top notch.

The staff at Lexington Rehab is beyond exceptional! From CNAs to the receptionist, everyone is gracious and kind. My father adores his caregivers — especially the PA. And nurses such as BJ actually care and take a genuine personal interest in their patients. Staff are readily available to answer questions and make time to talk with both patients and their families.

While the facility is a bit older, the personal attention to detail and “homey” feeling far exceeds any other larger facility my father has been in to date. I am deeply grateful for the blessing of having my father at Lexington Rehab knowing he is being cared for around the clock, both physically and emotionally, by staff who treat him with respect and love. He is happy and healing! I couldn’t ask for anything more.

I took a tour and was very impressed with this place. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The residents looked happy and well taken care of. I was looking for a place for my father to do his rehabilitation and after visiting I thought I wouldn't mind being here myself. I would never place him somewhere I wouldn't be happy at.

This place is wonderful. Attentive to my mom's needs, and provide encouragement to keep progressing in therapy. I hope they recommend from personal experience. My mom was really happy and as of this writing, looks forward to coming home and being more and independent in a couple of weeks! Thanks to the staff from the therapists to the receptionist! Everyone was awesome! 🥰

This is a very caring, knowledgeable, professional center. Even their food was very well prepared.
