House was nice & in good condition. Landlords were very responsive in dealing with issues such as appliance breakages, etc.
The only thing I would like to make future tenants of Red Feather Trail aware of is the fact that the WiFi options are very slim because no provider has buried high-speed lines that far outside of Boone. However, the house itself and landlords were great for the entire 2 years I stayed there.
They work well with everyone, and they are very understanding. We just moved in a residence and we love it. If we ever have a problem, they fix it right away! Amazing!
