A close friend of mine passed away in Charlotte, and I wasn't getting anywhere dealing with the people down there to gain access to his unit. Kathy reached out to the people in charge down there, and worked tirelessly to make things happen for me. If it wasn't for her, all of his belongings would've been auctioned off. I can't thank Kathy enough for her help!! She helped me when she didn't even have to, which speaks volumes about her as a person!
