Second Chance Consignment

I discovered this little gem by looking up local consignment shops. It’s on Cornatzer Road in Advance, and I had driven past it many times without even seeing it. That’s because it’s in an old gas station convenience store building, so the eye tends to slide past it. Once inside, my friend and I were amazed. Betty, the owner, has so much stuff in that smallish space! Classic old treasure hunt through full shelves and racks, every surface utilized and many-items deep. Some very interesting things, every type imaginable, new, very old and everywhere in between, not junk. We had such fun poking through everything, and wound up buying seven things. Her prices are amazing, and she has sales all the time. Betty and a friend who was there were a joy to talk to, and our visit just a total pleasure. I highly recommend this store, you never know what you might find!
