Ticon Properties

I've lived here for 7 years. Lately, the staff at Glenbrook West has risen to the occasion after coping with the pandemic since early 2020. What a year!!! There are two new staff who are super nice and the property manager has a knack for getting things done. For example, I need a new bathroom floor, as the old one has weathered over the years. I just requested this last week and was informed by the PM that it has already been ordered. Yay! Recently, our gym re-opened, which is great. Thank you!

Also, kudos to the maintenance staff. Last week, Desmond went the extra mile by looking at my bathroom flooring at my request. He followed thru right away, and even tho he was "on loan" from another complex, he stepped up to help us folks over at Glenbrook.

I must say, Ticon properties are beautifully landscaped.The grounds are taken care of and those guys are hard workers and super nice. Thank you!

Best of all, I have great neighbors with sweet dogs. I really appreciate how the residents clean up after their dogs and let me pet them!

This is the second Ticon Property that I have lived in. I absolutely love Ticon Properties and will truly miss Glenbrook West. I stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment. I never had an issue here. It was quiet, people were polite, things were handled in a timely manner. And even though I stayed by the woods there were NO BUGS (which is something major to me lol) I only left to move back to my hometown. I would definitely without a doubt recommend GB West or any Ticon Property. I wish they had properties outside of Durham!

I have been living here since the summer of 2011. Great safe place to live. People in the office are great. Johnny and Aaron are great guys that will always work towards fixing a problem that you have. The only negative is a girl named Jeana in the office. Many times I spoke with her about fixing something in our apartment and nothing was ever done. She was also rude when I first applied to the apartments. Thankfully Johnny was there the following day and I saw I better side of Ticon. If it wasn't for the great attitudes of Johnny and Aaron my wife and I would not be living here.
