(November 21, 2019, 7:43 pm)When I walked into my first appt with Zach I was worried he was going to tell me that I shouldn’t run anymore. I had consistent right knee pain that made it uncomfortable to run. I walked out of my last appt having completed my first marathon after months of PT and training. Zach is both knowledgeable and kind. Every session was enjoyable and informational. Highly recommend.

(October 15, 2019, 11:35 pm)I was sent to Zach with right Achilles Tendinitis and a strained right hip flexor muscle. At 49 I frequent the gym for my health and wanted to get back on track. Zach listened, and work one on one with me altering my gym work outs and adding exercises to help build muscle to help the injuries rehab nicely. I truly appreciated the time he took in finding movements that did not hurt as I healed, plus he makes sure your form is correct too. You will not go wrong when choosing Zach.

(July 31, 2019, 9:46 am)I would like to give a shout out and thank Zach for the outstanding PT I received for my shoulder. Not only did this encompass exercise's which he encouraged and recommended, but the instructional form and movements were very educational. I was pain free within a few weeks. I highly recommend Zach for his knowledge, patience, and understanding. Keep up the good work.

His treatment plan was easy to incorporate into my daily routine and I enjoyed working with him. His motivational attitude and expertise really helped me get back to running. As an added bonus, I received tips to improve my golf swing which had immediate results. Thank you, Zach!
