I wanted to replace carpeting in one of our bedrooms but after going to many different flooring companies I did not find something I liked. I just happened to stop in at Triangle Floors and spoke with Kevin and Ricardo who helped me pick out a vinyl plank floor that was fairly close to my red oak floors. We did have a week delay in getting the floor installed but Ricardo came the following week, even after being sick, and in one day pulled the old carpet and installed the beautiful flooring! The work is excellent, and both my husband and I were totally satisfied with the flooring and workmanship. Will use them again when I want to replace the other bedroom floor.

My husband and I wanted to replace the old carpets in stairs and 3rd floor of our home to match the engineered hardwood that we have in the other floors. We consulted different flooring companies, but decided to go with Triangle Floors. Since day 1, Ricardo and his team have been very professional, courteous, and great at communication. Ricardo came to my house for the free initial consultation, provided 2 very competitive quotes and invited me to visit their showroom to pick from their large selections of materials. The entire process from consultation to final result took less than 30 days (most of the waiting time was just for the material to arrive; ripping off carpets and installing new floors took them 5-6 days). UPDATE: after my review Ricardo reached out to me and had someone come out to repair the additional flooring. My one outstanding item is a creaking step that hopefully they can come back out and repair. Ricardo has been great throughout the process, as mentioned it seems to be overall a wood issue that I am experiencing.

My experience with Triangle Flooring was okay. I wish they took the time to go over everything more in depth as I would've done things differently. I replaced my entire downstairs with pre-finished hardwood in 2020 along with replacing my stairs with hardwood instead of carpet. The floors downstairs took a week and the staircase took two weeks - which may have been my own fault since it was known I was not living in the house as of yet but the contracted out contractor told me they were told it was not a rush even though I was promised it to be completed in a week and a half but it took over three weeks.
Fast forward 6 months and I had over 12 boards that were cracking and chipping. Ricardo sent someone out to fix them at no cost which was great but still to this day I keep finding boards that are continuing to crack. Being a new homeowner I did not do my diligence to understand that even acclimated pre-finished boards can continue to crack and chip over time as opposed to finishing them in house. For spending over 14k on floors I wish I went with high end laminate at this point - Not to mention the board that was not nailed that has now settled and I have a gap in my floor right in my kitchen I have to look at daily.
