vyb studio | Hot Yoga in Durham

I’ve been to many studios in the triangle and this one is by far the most fun. It’s challenging but also so immersive that I’m able to easily zen out for the hour. Truly a unique place!

High quality instruction. The owner/primary instructor has a great attitude (truly, a vibe). One thing I specifically appreciate about this studio is the room temp - it's hot yoga, but it's not the *hottest* yoga I've ever experienced. The room is heated, but not so much that I'm more focused on managing my sweat than holding the pose.

I don't have enough words to express how awesome this studio is. Allie is a fantastic instructor that encourages you to push yourself to be stronger while being mindful of the practice that your body needs. I always feel stronger, more clear headed and more relaxed after a Vyb class- so grateful for this studio and the amazing people that run it!

High energy hot yoga classes. Fun but challenging. Encouraging teachers who help you develop and do what is ok for own body. Its hot and fast paced so it will take a couple of classes and some rest breaks to adjust at first.

Hands down the best yoga studio I've ever been to! Beautiful space, awesome music and lots of great teachers. Allie -- the owner -- is so knowledgeable and is always willing to answer questions. So thankful for this place!
