I have a difficult last name to say and every time I come they address me by name and say it correctly. For anyone who has a difficult name or hyphenated name you know how wonderful that is (I have both… my first name is hyphenated and my married name is difficult).
I’m terrified of the dentist and I had a lot of work to get done and my hygienist and Dentist are amazing. I’m so happy they are giving me something so wonderful, my smile back. -

(June 25, 2022, 11:46 am)I was in the area house/dog sitting for some friends and needed to get a check-up and exam. I just got new insurance so I searched the area for a location that accepted the plan and had openings. I was able to get an appointment a week out. I had bite-wing X-rays, full panoramic X-ray, and digital pics taken. I was seen by a hygienist, an assistant, and a Dentist. All were professional and personable. The dentist was a temporary one as he was covering for the main dentist who was away. Everything was excellent. From the front desk greeting, appointment setup and follow up, to treatment plan. I did not have actual work done as I will not be in the area, but they gave me a full plan to pass on to the dental provider who will be doing the work.

(June 14, 2022, 4:40 pm)I was in to get a cleaning and they discovered some pockets that needed a deep cleaning. They were going to have to schedule them for July. I was frustrated that i would have to come back, but Robyn the dental hygienist stayed late just to take care of it for me that day. She completely turned my visit around. Beyond impressed with the customer service and care i received.

(May 13, 2022, 11:43 am)I want to start off by saying the office is so cute. Everything is always clean and fresh feeling. April greeted me and checked me in and her energy was so welcoming I loved it. Everyone behind the front desk did a great job especially Serima, she’s so helpful and genuine ! This leads me to Robin. She made my teeth look like I got a teeth whitening and all I did was get a teeth cleaning. She’s the best keep her. I got a fill in today and Kiara made me feel so comfortable and put my mind at ease. She answered all my questions and she made me feel like I wasn’t annoying her which I love. Then doctor Swan came in and gave me my fill in five minutes with only some numbing gel! Exquisite! Y’all are miraculous human beings ! come to Riccobene . Oh and make sure you’re flossing!!
